This policy, herein referred to as the “Refund Policy” represents the Refund Agreement between ivo Business Solutions, herein referred to as “Company” and you, herein referred to as the “Customer” or “User” or “Visitor” or “Member” or “Client” and with respect to all sites owned and operated by Company, including but not limited to, www.ivoWebDesign.com, offer.ivoWebDesign.com, catalog.ivoWebDesign.com, dashboard.ivoWebDesign.com, and client.ivoWebDesign.com, herein referred to as the “Sites”, and if applicable, any and all fee-based subscription services or purchases made therein.
By visiting, becoming a member of, purchasing any services, with or without a free trial period, purchasing a subscription, with or without a free trial period, purchasing a gift subscription or service, or subscribing to the Sites, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, herein referred to as the “Refund Policy” set out herein.
By agreeing to the Refund Policy set forth for the purchase of any Services offered by Company, you agree that all purchases made for Services rendered by Company are non-refundable. Any purchases made for Company Services “yet-to-be-rendered” are also non-refundable. All “yet-to-be-rendered” Services You contract Company for through it’s Sites, that have been paid, whether partially or in full, are also non-refundable. Your account will be credited for any Services paid that have not yet been rendered to you. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase any of the Company’s Services or Subscriptions.

All Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you do not agree with our policy for subscriptions, please do not purchase subscription Services from any of the Sites.
